Yesterday, January 3, 2014, i send the payment for their BDO account. i texted her that it has already been sent. i received a confirmation and inquiry on delivery address. the seller promised to ship it yesterday so i waited. in the afternoon i was asking for the shipping details and i haven't received a reply. i texted a lot of times.
i investigated and found out that the Seller Information of the items i bought is cristina padilla of tarlac, default 2300 philippines.
now, i'm sure i'm scammed. so started researching on how to report and make these scammer pay back the money i deposited to her.
this morning i checked her ebay details and somebody posted a negative feedback saying the seller is a scammer. so i'm not alone. i also posted a negative feedback.
ebay only allows me to report a problem if it's 10-15 day old. so i was not able to report it to ebay.
I was scammed by this Katrina Cruz too, i sent her 1,900 but no item received. How can we caught this bitch? Marami na po tayong nabiktima nya, can we teach her a lesson isumbong po natin sa Imbestigador. Please i need your support

She probably uses a numerous number of IP address, cellphone numbers & email address so she can register to ebay easily.
Its a lesson learned for me... NEVER TRUST LOW PRICED ITEMS that are too good to be true, unless its a meet up.
I was scammed too by this Katrina Cruz. She used 2014phesteb account in ebay and she used BDO cash card named Katrina Cruz. After payment of the item I bought, there was no more response got from her. Until few days I found my item removed by ebay from the listing and also her account used. I checked the feedbacks for her and found out that I'm not the only one she scammed. Seems that this person can easily register in ebay. Be ware of this person..
ReplyDeletewell i think im not alone. i was also scammed by thos katrina cruz. i bought the bag worth 1500. i thought she was a legit seller coz she gave a bdo acct under this certain name of eliza torres. but i sent the money thru lbc. after which i never heard anything from her any more. how can we stop her from doing this fraudulent act to others?
ReplyDeleteI was scammed lately by JASPER then nideposit ko payment kay JEFFREY BRYAN M. CASTRO. Sabi nya legit seller sya tapos ayun after ng mahabang convo with them nagdeposit na ako. After nun, nawala na agad sila sa facebook, di na din matawagan yung number nila... Sana may kalagyan yung mga ganung klase ng tao.
